One mental note that I like to make is that completing the work and exceptionably well is always just half of the process. The other half of the process is making sure your experience throughout the entirety of the detail from beginning to end leaves you feeling pleased and stress-free.  

Making sure to be as convenient as possible with all of my clients is extremely important. From having limited time or space to work on vehicles, to working in unsightly and even uncomfortable weather conditions, making sure the work is done well and all at your convenience is the standard per every appointment.  

The last thing anyone wants is to be unsure of what they are spending their hard earned money on, which is why I spend so much time educating and explaining each procedure and process in person, over the phone, and here on the website. An expectation is always established fairly quickly on both sides prior to any detail, that way I can guarantee to reach or excel past anybody's expectations.

At the end of the day you are paying for a service, and you deserve to be left pleased with not only my work, but my hospitality and respect for you and your vehicle as well. Everyday I am brainstorming ideas and ways to keep all of my clients pleased.
